I was born & raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and have lived in the Historic Downtown Murfreesboro community for over 25 years.
I’ve worked in different areas of the housing industry for the last 22 years. In 2010 I started working as a full-time REALTOR. I have a well rounded education in the housing industry and I have contacts throughout the various trades who can accomplish any task that you might need. Once the basic sites are covered I will routinely make use of social media sites to draw traffic to your listing. A majority of buyers these days start their home searches on their smart phone so all of my internet platforms are smart-phone-friendly.
When I work as your buyer’s agent I will monitor all new listings in your price range and set you up on an automated search that is updated multiple times daily and will only pull properties that meet the specific criteria that you decide. I will make myself available whenever is best for your schedule to visit the properties that you find interesting until we find “the one”. If your schedule is cramped when a great one hits the market I can even “Face Time” with you to see the property through your mobile phone or tablet in real time while we talk. Once you decide on a property to pursue I can negotiate the absolute best price for you and minimize the many risks during inspections, negotiations, and coordination of closing.
